分鏡
其實不算很正式的，只是上電影導演課時有學到點皮毛，來這裡跟大家分享一下。
我覺得很有意思的是，老師先給我們一個情境：
「有個人早上起來坐在屋裡吃麥片，邊吃邊看報紙，專心到把一隻鳥都吃下去了。」
但是老師又說，為了不引起動物保育協會抗議我們虐待動物，因此我們不能拍實際上吃鳥的畫面，而且攝影機只能固定架在某個地點，不能搖動推移，也就是說，要拍旁邊的東西不能把鏡頭推過去，而要直接切下一個鏡頭。於是經全班討論之後，產生如下的分鏡：
1. （建立場景）房屋外景，有陽光灑過去
2. 過肩拍桌上的報紙和麥片
3. 鳥停在窗戶上（說到鳥的時候，有人提到要拍鳥停在桌子上，人在桌前看報紙，但老師說實際上非常難拍這種畫面，因為鳥會亂飛。也就是拍攝時這類細節都要考慮進去）
4. 人專注的表情
5. 窗戶上沒鳥了
6. 麥片中有羽毛
7. 人的背影，發現了什麼似的，開始乾嘔
後來老師要大家分組進行的是這個情境（10個鏡頭內完成，要寫鏡頭size、拍攝對象，也就是主體或物體為何）：
◎老師在黑板上寫字
◎小明在簿子上把老師畫成一頭豬
◎小明畫完後抬起頭，發現老師站在他面前
全班分成三組，我們這組採懸疑法，到最後才公開小明的簿子上畫了什麼，另外兩組則在小明畫畫時就公開了，不過三組都一定會拍簿子上豬頭的特寫。老師要藉此告訴我們有些元素是重點，在分鏡時一定要選擇要表現的重點，別人才會知道你想拍什麼。
然後老師給了我們回家作業，要我們用上述情境再寫一個分鏡，不過要加上一個同學小華。隔週老師便把全班分成兩組，隨機抽兩個同學出來當導演，拍彼此寫的分鏡，再讓另一組看看，能不能看懂對方的故事。
（本來想把照片po上來，但考慮到其他同學的隱私，加上這裡要po圖超不方便，有機會再給你們看好了。總之我們拍了之後才發現，有些自己看劇本拍的時候覺得很理所當然的情節，另一組不見得看得出來，比如另一組就反應不知道我們這組到底誰是小華，誰是小明）
至於前天去看拍片，是公視的『幸福小公園』，看到馮寶寶本人，挺漂亮的呢！雖然發福了，但仍然看得出以前的豔麗，那時我就覺得一定在那裡看過她。聽同學說很多導演就算演員演出OK，也沒有狀況，仍然會多拍幾次，到時再取最好的一次來用，因此拍攝進度很慢，常常一個景就要拍很久，就會重覆聽到同樣的台詞。（因為只有一台攝影機，在換角度拍的時候更是得重演不可）深深體會到劇組的辛苦...
還有我知道那個收音大麥為什麼要有毛了，導演說那是風大的時候裝上去擋風聲的，像那天拍的時候雖然有風，但不算太強，導演就沒用毛。

怪獸們.....
note: 還是要有story board出來會比較好拍。後期想要再加動作並不是很方便。許多角色在拍完後就死了......對於什麼鏡頭要幾秒應該要有概念，然後一個一個鏡的慢慢拍下去。最好有方法能夠對角色做定位，以變重建場景。照像機的設定上，應改為全手動，有B快門就更好了。光線的掌控有待加強。動作應該更細一點，把他們全當成慢動作拍，然後要快再改快。

臺北市政府於96年底成立電影委員會，設立單一窗口協助影視拍攝，為直接鼓勵電影創作，臺北市政府文化局在97年提撥1200萬補助7部影片製作，而98年度補助經費更增為1800萬。第一期已提撥900萬補助4部影片製作費， 包含蔡明亮導演<臉>、溫德斯監製、陳駿霖導演<一頁台北>、瑞典跨國合作影片<霓虹心>，以及<台北飄雪>。98年第二期補助案提撥900萬補助4部影片製作費，包含：鈕承澤導演<艋舺>、張作驥導演<當愛來的時候>、朱家麟導演<瑪德第二代>、卓立導演<獵豔>。
99年度補助預算為2000萬元，第一期將於10月1日至31日受理申請，也特別歡迎跨國合作以及有跨國發行計畫之影片企畫案申請。期待藉由影像讓全世界看見臺北，並希望藉由跨國製片大量採用臺北市後製及工作團隊，使國內電影產業經驗升級。
